The costs of Title 24 energy calculation reports depends on among many factors the size of the property, the specific function of the report, and whether it is a revision of the report or not. The specific charges on the various reports available are as highlighted below.

Residential Title 24 Calculation Report

For residential properties under four thousand square feet, you will incur a total fixed flat rate of $245. What is more, you get a quick turnaround time for your report; within three to five working days.

Large Residential Properties (Over 4000 Square Feet)

For any properties above four thousand square feet, you get to incur a total fixed flat rate of $395. On top of it, you will enjoy a faster turnaround time.

Rush Title 24 Reports

If you are in need of a quicker turnaround time, we also provide rush Title 24 reports at an extra $95 on top of the regular charges stated above, depending on the size of your property.

24" X 36" or 30" x 42" Title 24 Reports

We provide Title 24 reports in a 24" X 36" .PDF or 30" x 42" .PDF for an additional $20 charge.
